Projects

Projects typical for us are schools and hospitals, office and commercial buildings, and various logistics facilities. Among others, we are well experienced in project management of mechanical and electrical works as cost and fee contracts. These types of contracts demand an exceptionally high standard of economic and professional way of working.

Major projects

Our major projects in recent years have been the biggest contracts of the company so far: Triangle hospital for HUS in Meilahti hospital area (electrical installations) and Western General Emergency Hospital in the same area (electrical installations), executed by the City of Helsinki. Further outstanding projects have been the Maintenance and repair area of Vuosaari harbour (HVAC), Vihti secondary school (HVAC&E&A) and Kannelmäki comprehensive school (AC).
