Quattroservices Has Established an Affiliated Company

Quattroservices Ltd has established an affiliated company in the city of Lappeenranta named as Quattroservices South-East Finland Ltd.

Present management of the company will act as minority shareholders of the new affiliate. Petri Veikkanen and Ari J. Rasa have been appointed the CEO and work superintendent of the affiliate respectively.

The company will start first as electrical contractor and is going to expand its activity with performing HVAC-works.

Quattroservices South-East Finland has signed its first electric contract in As. Oy Lappeenrannan Priki’s housing project. The new building has 19 apartments. At the moment installation works are in progress. The Client of the project is Skanska Rakennus Oy.

The second electric contract is a fish wholesale terminal with gross area of 5 000 m². The Client of the project is SF-Teli Oy. Works are due to start in September and are scheduled to be completed by the beginning of March 2012.
